The capture and use of an Ice Elemental is no great feat. For eons they have been said to roam the caverns under the most desolate landscapes, only to emerge during the final hours of life on Earth. From what I know this is a load of hoopla, myself being a quite talented Ice Elemental. As for why these legends, I have been up and about the surface of the earths crust for many months. I often lounge in the cellar of a south California Saloon, in what is now known as the Wild West. his world is perfect for me, I can step out of the saloon at night dressed to the moon, and stair at the moon from the middle of a vast, hilly, dry landscape covered in oddly configured cacti. The only nights I step out for a breath are the coldest. If I were to step outside in the unforgivable sun I would receive a didactic lesson never to do so again. When warmth hits me, I somewhat start to fade away, as if I weren't even there in the first place. My job at the Saloon is to hold the pipes with cloth to cool the fluids traveling through. The alcohol pipes are the main focus, earning most of the income for the strange commodity of cool beer and hard liquor. The inane brained bartender doesn't even understand the miraculous effects of my power, however we work together quite splendorous when it come down to it.

Why do pirates make prisoners walk the plank instead of throwing them overboard?
With pirates nothing is as it seems. Some may state pirates were malevolent anarchistic men who rode the seas to cause havoc and hinder vessels of safe passage. Embarrassingly theses are nothing but false polemics with the true identity of all pirates hidden. When I first viewed the sacred text of true piracy, I was enamored by the beauty and care pirates put into their lives work. When non believers view the texts it is incomprehensible, for only a true pirate is capable of such splendor. The pithy arguments scholars today claim to be true are nothing but pious lies passed down from centuries. The truth… from the periphery of history I will tell you. From the start of time there has been a secret group called the Hamala Hookah. Their existence can date back all the way to Stonewall the Bolder who founded the organization. Over the years the Hamala Hookah gathered followers in secret to complete their collective common goal. The initiation was in secret held on the bow of sailing vessels, and rightly cautioned with a spy detecting method. The initiated would be forced to the now called “Plank” to be pushed off. Spies would run in fear and try to escape, often being pushed off and left to die at sea. But initiates with true zeal would without a second thought walk over the plank to be pulled into the ship again and made a member. The Village of Latterdail
Hear yee hear yee, for a glance is all you need give. This is a tale of the town of Latterdail, where I doth live. To come closer is no imposition, a delight at best. While the story takes its roots, you shall feel fluttering in yee chest. On the day of St. Vuttenstn the whole town gathers to mourn and celebrate his life, when in fact it was not at all, of any strife. This St. Vuttenstn is I and I am he, this is a story all about me. We will begin with the giant that held me prisoner, inside the smallest of houses, where not even a mouse could hear my conducive whisper. I yelled and yelled while shackled about, but the giant at the front door wouldn’t let me out. A pattern I connected between all of the scavenger hunt photos was that they all had to do with some historical past. There wasn't necessarily a fit theme of the photos, but they all fit in a general history of america and things that have traveled to america, such as art, beliefs, and trends. The most interesting artifact to me was a series of pots and vases made in Asia in the 1700´s that my group and I turned into a meme for our teacher. Some things I wonder about these artifacts are the people behind them. I want to know why they worked on these artifacts. When I think back to the story line activity we took place in at the beginning of the launch of this project, the scavenger hunt just muddles it with more confusion and uncertainty. I feel like there wasn't much correlation. In the museum I noticed that they presented the different parts of history into sections, which had themes, such as LGBT history or immigrant history. Something I noticed during the Peter and the Wolf puppet show was the general sorrow that the character of the clown displayed and the actual actor displayed. I felt really bad watching a grown man playing with rudimentary dolls and acting as a child, or trying to appeal to children. I was a little shocked when he started making his animal interpretation noises, although I realize that his play format is probably perfect for entertaining young children.
One of my first impressions of 11th grade is the multitude of assignments dumped upon myself. With my Palomar class, XC, school work, and the disadvantage of dyslexia, I am having a hard time keeping up with the workload. I am looking forward to starting my honors Humanities essay, because I really want to explore my family's past and explore the relations of the countries involved in the breakup of Yugoslavia. Some ways I want to improve in Humanities, are my work ethics and focus. During class I have trouble trying to concentrate with all the noise around me, and Often find that the time we are given is too short.
The areas of history that interest me the most are medieval lands in Europe and Asia. I want to learn about the nomads in the middle east, that eventually settled into the Persian empire, and the English lords that controlled kingdoms around all of, now, Great Britain. These things interest me mostly because of the aesthetic look of the warriors and architecture. I also enjoy the adaptations of these kingdoms in television series such as Game of Thrones and the possibly inaccurate, Prince of Persia movie. I'm not sure about the general time period that any of these kingdoms reined during but I would love to explore as much as possible about them, although I would wish we don't have to read any books individually. I can read, but it is hard to consistently read with dyslexia. I know that reading in bulk is something I will have to do in the future, and I am fine with a little bit of practice.
I was a little surprised that my crudely drawn, assortment of images would receive a comprehensible story. I didn't exactly 100% follow the prompt of drawing five images that have to do with your summer, but I took the liberty of trying to make them as unclear as possible, but at lease I got a laugh out of the response. The far left image I drew represents my trip to Croatia this summer; more specifically the common occurrence of sweat armpits of my family, living in Croatia, and many of the locals. The top two represented actions from a television show I have been invested in, since I returned from Croatia. The middle picture is of the chemical compound that is basic salt, like the ocean. The drawing in the bottom right is the boredom and empty headedness that infects all students over summer. I was delighted to see that someone else had fun in trying to decipher the my lackluster drawings,, and I was definitely amused by the mind of my class mate.
